    Massage is also one of the cures for insomnia that are not exclusively just for insomnia sufferers. Massage can relieve stress and other body pains that may plague the person. Some massages involve the use of vital oils which serves as aromatherapy at the same time. This is one of the cures for insomnia that is very in favor and very relaxing.

    Other cures for insomnia that are herbal based and those that involved here are scented herbal hot baths, herbal teas, tinctures an herbal vital oils for aromatherapy or massage. Herbal cures have been around for centuries and a lot of these have been the basis for research regarding medicine or drugs that are used today.

    More methods to aid you overcome insomnia are mindset that includes thinking of the bed as somewhere to sleep not a place to do work or eat.
